Wilmot is a small, flat Midwest hill -- honest talk, at under 200ft of vertical you'll know every run within a week or two. It's not a terrain destination by any measure, and shouldn't be evaluated as one.
It's on the Epic Pass network mainly as a feeder resort close to Chicago and Milwaukee, and living here means a genuinely small-town, low-cost Wisconsin setup rather than a resort village -- no real on-mountain amenities beyond the basics, with Chicago/Milwaukee's much bigger city life reachable by car.
A season at Wilmot is realistically about building lift-ops or instructing experience close to a major metro area, or working close to home if you're regionally based, rather than chasing terrain or a classic ski-town winter. It suits someone starting out or prioritizing proximity to Chicago over mountain scale.
