Aspen One

Aspen Snowmass is one company but four genuinely distinct mountains -- Aspen Mountain (steep, advanced-leaning, right in town), Aspen Highlands (expert terrain and hike-to zones), Buttermilk (beginner-friendly, park-focused) and Snowmass (the biggest of the four, bigger than the other three combined). One pass covers all four, and since they're not lift-connected to each other, working a season at any one of them means the Aspen One pass is what actually gives you access to the other three's very different terrain and crowd levels on your days off.
